We are committed to training staff, volunteers, and our governing body members to increase the awareness and understanding of issues relating to disproportionality and disparate outcomes within our local child welfare and court systems. Join our Diversity Committee or the Voices for Children Coalition to take action with us.
"Recent tragedies have prioritized the nation’s focus on social and racial justice work that our committee has always viewed as important,” explains Tamara Wilson, J.D., CASA’s Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. “We embrace these efforts and want to use this momentum to strengthen our commitment to pursue CASA’s goals of diversity, equity and inclusion.”
